Copyright Notice

1. OWNERSHIP

All Beats, sound recordings, compositions, artwork, text, logos and the CultureVault name and design are the property of Firuz Al Amin Gafarullah ("Romen") and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and international copyright treaties.

2. PREVIEWS ARE NOT A LICENCE

Listening to a preview, whether through a Private Link or otherwise, grants no right to copy, record, sample, adapt, perform, distribute, upload or otherwise exploit a Beat. Previews are shared in confidence with the named recipient only.

3. WHAT A PURCHASE GIVES YOU

A purchase gives you only the limited, non-transferable licence described in your Lease Agreement and Usage Terms. All other rights are reserved. A licence does not transfer copyright in the Beat or its recordings, and does not allow you to claim authorship of the Beat.

4. NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT

- Reproducing, sampling, remixing or re-recording a Beat except as your licence allows.

- Uploading a Beat or a preview on its own to any platform, library, marketplace or file-sharing service.

- Registering a Beat with a content identification, fingerprinting or rights-management system unless your Usage Terms allow it.

- Using a Beat or its stems to train, tune or prompt any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system.

- Removing credits, watermarks, identifiers or technical protection measures.

5. LEAKS AND INFRINGEMENT

Private Links are logged against the person they were issued to. If a Beat appears anywhere without authorisation, we will use these records to identify the source, issue takedown notices to the hosting platform and pursue remedies under the Copyright Act, 1957, including injunctions, damages and criminal remedies where available.

6. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

If you believe a Beat is being used without permission, contact us through the email address on your receipt with the location of the use and the details you hold.
